3年ほど前にオープンした、金沢市大徳にあるタイ料理屋さん、「ジャークジャイタイフードセンター」は、金沢駅西在住の住人にとっては待望のタイ料理専門店。ふと「あーガパオライスが食べたい」、「あーカオマンガイが食べたい」と禁断症状に陥ってしまう方には、入りやすくてもしっかりタイの味が楽しめるおすすめのお店です。

A Thai restaurant in Daikoku, Kanazawa City which opened about three years ago, “Jerk Jai Thai Food Center” is a long-awaited Thai cuisine shop for residents living in Kanazawa Station West. Suddenly, I would like to eat “a- Ga Pao Rice”, “a-kaomangai” , crab mangai is the restaurant recommendation. You can enjoy the taste of Thai and it is easy to get in.

店内は現地の標識や広告で埋め尽くされており、いかにもタイ料理屋！という感じ。テレビではタイ産のいろんなミュージック・ビデオが流れていて日本ではちょっと懐かしい感じの映像が趣あります。たまにすごくいい曲が流れるので気が抜けない。
The inside of the shop is filled with Tai feeling with local signs and advertisements, and Thai food!. On TV, various Thai music videos and a nostalgic footage image of Japan. Sometimes a very good song can be listened, so I can not get rid of it.

ランチ・ディナー両方営業していて、ランチタイムはサラダ・ごはんものにはスープがついておトクですし、ディナーはたくさんのメニューから選ぶ楽しさがあります。

ランチ・ディナーともにおすすめのごはんものがガパオライス。ガパオにもいろいろありますが、こちらのお店はお肉の粒が大きくて食べごたえがあります。パクチーを単品で注文し、豪快にガパオライスにON。目玉焼きの黄身をとろーんと割ったら、そこに卓上のナンプラーを少々かけていただくのが個人的な通例行事となっております。辛いもの好きな方にはピリ辛、苦手な方にはかなりホットな味付けなので、注文の際辛さの調整をお願いすると良いかと思います。毎回デフォルトの辛さにしていますが、辛くないはずのスープですら口にすると痛い、という現象が…でも美味しいのでずっと食べ続けてしまう。
Recommended rice for lunch and dinner is Gapao rice.There are many Gapao rice, but this shop has a big meat grain.We ordered Pakuchi as a side dish and turned on to Gapao rice with great excitement.
It is a personal custom-made to crush the fried egg yolk a little.For those who like spicy foods, it is quite hot. For those who do not like spicy pizza, ask for adjusting the spicy when ordering.
Every time I make it the regular spicy, even the soup it burns your mouth,… But because it is delicious I keep eating all the time.

また、ディナーも基本どれ頼んでも美味しいんですが、タイ料理ではメジャーな空芯菜炒めは欠かせません。シンプルながら、シャキッとした歯ごたえが心地よく、ビールによく合います。粗目のニンニクも残さず食べたくなるおいしさ。ココナッツ好きには、鶏肉のココナッツミルクスープも。レモングラスの香りが爽やかで、クセになること間違い無し。いろいろ食べて辛くなってきたらドリンクのアジアンチチで中和して、まだまだ食べられます。

ランチ・ディナーとも比較的車いっぱいなことが多く、それがまた信頼度の高さを物語ります。諦めず通えば美味しい料理にありつけますよ。
