どうも金沢もぐらです。
金石街道沿いにある「てきさす」気になって行ってみました。
店内に入ると、多くのお客さんでにぎやかな雰囲気。カレーの香りがプンプン。
Hello, I am Kanazawa Momogura.
I went and became interested in “Takisasu” along the Kaneishigai Route.
When entering the shop, there are lots of customers and a lively atmosphere. The scent of curry is intense.

おすすめは「てきさすロールカレー」とのことなので早速注文。
待つこと3分、早速出てきました。
金沢カレー独特の黒いカレールーの上に、テキサスロールが乗っているシンプルなカレー。
写真もそこそこに、冷めないうちにお口にパクリ。
あ…甘い！甘口のカレーかと思った瞬間、痛烈な辛みが一気に口の中に広がる！
The recommendation was “Rising Curry Rice” so I ordered immediately.
I waited 3 minutes, it came out quickly.
A simple curry on which Texas Roll is on top of the unique black curry roux of Kanazawa curry.
Pictures are also took in a hurry, for eating it before it gets cold.
Ah … sweet! At some moment I thought it was a sweet curry, but a bitter spicy spreaded all at once inside of my mouth!

今までで体験したことのない甘辛さ！初めて甘辛いという表現を体験した気がします。
コクの深い甘辛さの秘密を探るべく、店内をきょろきょろ。
目に飛び込んできたのは「32種類の香辛料を使用しています」との文字。
さらに季節に応じて香辛料の種類を変えているとの徹底ぶり。
これがコクの深い甘辛さの秘訣でしょうか。
A sweetness that I had never experienced before! I feel that I experienced the expression of being sweet for the very first time.
I went around the store to find out the secret of its rich sweetness.
The characters jumped into my eyes say “I use 32 kinds of spices”.
Moreover, I think, that they change the kind of spices according to the season.

店内は木目調で統一されたシンプルなデザイン。30席ほどでしょうか。
平日のお昼ということもあってほとんど満席状態。
慣れたお客さんは何も言わずカウンターへ座り、メニューも見ずに注文。
聞こえてきたのは「8辛で」…8辛？
メニューに小さく書いてありました。50円増しで2～10辛まで選べます。
私は通常で十分辛かったですよ？勇気ある人は是非10辛にトライしてみてください！

The interior has a simple design, unified with woodgrain tone. Is it about 30 seats?
Almost fully occupied because of lunchtime on weekdays.
A regular customer sits at the counter without saying anything and orders without looking at the menu.
What I heard was “8 hot” … 8 spicy?
It was written in small letters in the menu. You can choose from 2 to 10 spices with 50 yen increase.
Was not the regular one enough spicy? If you are a courageous person please try 10 hot spots!

「てきさす」名前の由来がふと気になりました。
理由はいたってシンプルで、オープンした40年前、マスターが西部劇が大好きだったから。
西部劇といえばテキサス。テキサス州に憧れがあったため、お店の名前を「てきさす」に決めたそうです。
ちなみにここで使われているテキサスロールは店名にかけて使用し始めたそうです。
I was bothered by the origin of the name “Takisasu”.
The reason is simple and it was because the master loved the western plays 40 years ago.
Speaking of Western plays,Texas. Because he had longing for Texas state, he seems to have decided to make it the name of the shop.
By the way, it seems that Texas Roll used here began to be used as the store name.
