みんなお世話になっている元菊ゲオの裏手にある「Kitchen esnica（キッチン エスニカ）」。
もともとは片町にある「puddle（パドル）」で修行し、地元である元菊町で独立オープンした店主。
Kitchen esnica (Kitchen Ethnica) at the back of the former chrysanthemum Geo.
Originally trained in “puddle” in Katamachi, the shopkeeper made his independent opening in Motomuki Town which is a local area.

ガパオライスや厚焼きたまごサンド、キーマカレーなど
超絶美味なメニューが豊富です。
There are abundant delicious menus such as Gapao Rice, thick-baked Egg Sand, Keema Curry, etc.

私と店主は保育園からの腐れ縁。
まわりの友達の近況などを話し合うのが密かな楽しみ。
The shopkeeper and I are close friends since kindergarten.
It is a secret pleasure to talk about the recent situation of friends.

そしてこの店主、料理だけに飽き足らず
写真や動画の撮影、編集までこなすオールラウンダー。
こっちのお仕事の依頼もよろしくどうぞ、とのこと。
